「The counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager. They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number. They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation. It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive. The other staff were great. 」

Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and you’ll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi! Much better than Radisson where I’ve stayed 2 nights - if you find this hotel, do t skip - you’ll be pleased 」

「We stayed here for a night on a visit to Bodh Gaya and Gaya and the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was very clean. Food and service were excellent. The hotel is relatively new and is a bit out of the way from the Bodh Gaya attractions area.
