「Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and we had no issues. Arrived late evening. Check-in was simple. Staff were all professional, helpful and courteous. Cobbler, cookies and ice cream were available at night. Breakfast had several options. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, packaged muffins, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice. We were satisfied. Would stay here again.」

There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. 「The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though.
