"The room was wonderful, even had heated towel warmers which is nice in November. The hotel has an authentic feel and is beautiful. The concierge AnnaLisa was especially helpful, getting us set up with a timed visit to see the David, dinner reservations at the hotel and breakfast-to-go for one day were were doing a whole day bus tour. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of options - great food. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night."

I accidentally entered the wrong check-in dates, and the staff went above and beyond to ease the stress caused by my mistake. They handled everything with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. They took incredible care of both my daughter and me, and I will always be grateful for how seamless they made the entire experience. The room was one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. It was spotless, immaculate, and so thoughtfully designed that it felt warm, inviting, and truly elevated. The staff was exceptional, and the amenities were equally impressive. The multi-level rooftops were a true highlight, offering incredible views of Florence, including the Duomo, but it is only one of many stunning areas throughout the property. Every space feels elegant and welcoming. The hotel is also within walking distance of amazing sites, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. I cannot express enough how exceptional this hotel is. If you are traveling to Florence, this is truly the place you want to stay. "Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I even dropped my earrings without noticing, and they placed them safely on my bed for me. The room was spacious, towels and linens were changed daily, and the breakfast had great variety. Highly recommend!"
