「Excellent and friendly staff!」

「Naomi, Our hostess was Amazing. She sent us detailed instructions about check in, followed up 30 minutes after we arrived and met us at Breakfast the next morning. Very helpful with questions and responded immediately. A very lovely Girl, Grazia Naomi!!」

Kind enough to arrange the room in advance after arriving in the early morning. I could hear the loud conversation from the next door first, but it was fine by the afternoon. The bed and shower rooms were cleaned. The message I sent before arrival via Expedia wasn't replied, but the hotel itself was trustworthy. Other hotels in Messina can be found, but...

「This isn’t a hotel and is not manned 24/7 so it would be good to phone ahead of your arrival. The bedroom and amenities (the TV has a full Sky package) is better quality than the vast majority of similarly priced hotels, whilst the bathroom, especially the shower, exceeds most hotels of any standard I’ve stayed in. Excellent for both short or...
