"This inn is in a beautiful house built in the 1700's. It is in an excellent location: just two blocks from a beautiful beach and the main drag, which includes restaurants, shops, and a small amusement park. It is pretty well maintained for such an old property. If you read the reviews, note the age of the comments. If you want pristine, quiet rooms with fluffy beds, go find yourself a 21st Century hotel. The breakfast was fine and included fresh eggs. The beds are old and not as comfy as a new bed in a new hotel. The blinds do not block light and the floors are creaky; if you're sensitive to that, bring an eye pillow and earplugs. My only real complaint is that the front desk person didn't seem to understand that she was in the hospitality business. She was efficient, but not very friendly or willing to engage in conversation."

"We had a lovely short stay in Old Orchard Beach. We really liked the property which was nicely decorated, very clean, with spacious rooms and a great deck and yard. It is in a quiet road - with very friendly neighbors! - and very well situated for local amenities and just a 5 minute drive to the beach. The owner was very communicative and helpful."

"The rental perfectly met our needs! It was clean spacious and convenient for our family of three and our dog. I would highly recommend it to others. It was close to downtown Saco with great restaurant opportunities there and close to Portland as well. We had a great time at old orchard beach too!"
