"I looooved my stay here, really comfortable and beautiful hotel. I have stayed in other hotels before but this was the best I've stayed in Tokyo. It is a very large hotel bc business meetings happen here, there are lots of amenities and they provide you a new set every morning after cleaning. Staff was very professional and courteous - "

"Staff members were friendly and helpful with big smiles. Most of the guests were families visiting the Disneyland with free shuttles. It’s 15 minutes walk to the strain station and 20 minutes ride to the Tokyo station. Restaurants are nearby but limited and better to go to the station by walking or local bus, 2 stops. "

"We totally live 8 nights. The staffs are very nice and helpful. There is airport bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel helped us store the luggage’s by free of charge during we visited Kyoto. However their Gym room is charged."

"There was a machine for check-in which was easy to use. The hotel has two sets of elevators and sometimes took a long time since it's a tall building. The room was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. The area around the hotel and nearby stations will sometimes get very crowded because it's next to Tokyo Dome. Other than Tokyo Dome, it is not very close to other attractions in Tokyo, and not near the Yamanote line. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would probably use it again if I was going to an event at Tokyo Dome."

"Great location to train station and shopping centres. Wonderful park walk up to sky tree. Restaurants in the hotel were very expensive for evening dining. Restaurants around the hotel were disappointing or set up for tourist. As a family of 4 we mainly ate at 711 or Burger King near the hotel. "
