"Staff very friendly - especially the ones on gate - good value & good location "

"Staff were amazing from start to finish. The room was big, clean an bed was very comfortable. Only 1 chair in the room so had to sit on the bed to watch telly. Food was good especially Sunday Roast which was so tasty and a really good sized portion. Met the owner while out walking and she recognised us and was very friendly gave us advice on our walk and looked forward to seeing us at lunchtime. Atmosphere was buzzing and the place had a real family vibe despite the eclectic mix of clientele. Would happily stay again on a trip to London, lovely place and lovely people "

"Lets face it this is an old property, but the bed was clean, the room cleaned daily and clen towels every day (not all hotels do that,) No Bells No whistles a place to lay my head after a long day, that's enough for me."
