"We arrived 2.30, rooms were not ready. We went to use their parking only for them to drop the shutters as we were still approaching. The stay included breakfast but they had not put us on the list and so had to show email and wait for them to correct another error, all in all a disappointment performance "

"The interior of the apartment was clean and well presented, with a well supplied kitchen, despite the buildings scruffy exterior. The issue we had was that both beds did not have double mattresses but two singles with a small gap which made sleeping uncomfortable. "

"Very convenient location, it's not 5 star by any stretch of the imagination , more a good 3 star, lovely bathroom, lights had a mind of their own and curtains didn't keep the light out. Very quiet for London, great views of the river. Didn't see anyone in hotel at all, just reception staff on check in, which was bit eerie."
