"My heater didn’t work It never blew hot air once Even in max I literally left the hotel because of that I went to A another place across the street which was 10 times better and it was $30 cheapest And it looked way better inside them those old ass rooms they had I I definitely won’t ever stay there again I know this other hotel across the street that I’ve been in now. I’ll always come here. It’s fresh and new and nice. It’s the Brit hotels the one in Earls Court"

"The room (1) was excellent, well furnished, in really good condition, and quiet. Pub located at the end of the approach road from Kensington Olympia station. Staff on arrival and the following morning were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of good quality, well presented and delicious. The stairs leading from the ground floor to the 1st could have done with being swept, but the stairs themselves are wide and not too steep. I would definitely stay again, look forward to doing so, and would recommend. "

"We booked this fairly last minute for an event the next day at Olympia, and it was perfect. 2 minute walk from the train station and handy location above two shops where we were able to get forgotten items such as toothbrushes. Apartment was a perfect size for us as a family of four, clean and everything we needed. Only down side was people in neighbouring apartments slamming their doors repeatedly up until 10pm which wasn’t ideal before an early start but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Would stay again! "
