「the host was very nice and accommodating, it was a snowy weekend and everything was plowed and gave us easy access. 」

「The view of lake was great. We were in cabin 1, But the cabins are really run down and not very clean. Oven was filthy and stove top and sink had deep scratches and chunks of porcelain hunks gone leaving black spots. Faucets had corrosion , water had a really bad smell. I could go on but I should stop. We will never stay there again or suggest it to our friends. 」

「Not much furniture to sit on except an uncomfortable couch, only 1 roll of TP for a 2 night stay and didn’t respond when I messaged asking for more. Met host when he brought us extra blankets and he seemed nice. 」

「The staff here are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Customer service is the most important thing to me and they have that in spades. I feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel. 」
