「My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.」

"Staff during check in were absolutely not attentive. Despite long queue and sufficient numbers of staff behind the counter, it was obvious that handling internal (admin) matters was prioritised over good customer experience."
