「The condo was exactly as the pictures look. The place was very clean,close to shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. Rick was very communicative, although we had no issues,he was checking in to make sure all was good. Will go again and would recommend this rental.」

「We had a great stay with the pond out front and mountain view’s! Great leap off point for hiking for our family. Nice pool and tennis courts and they have gear to loan for pickle ball and tennis and more. Very quiet location with respectful neighbors so lovely to sit back at the end of the day on the deck and enjoy stars in the sky and ducks in the pond. Super dog friendly place as well. Very nice space inside with big couches and a large dinner table for meals and games…a great family place for...

「Incredibly clean, new, and well designed and appointed. Crisp comfortable sheets and bedding, thoughtful hosts. A great location to walk to Main Street in Littleton. 」

「Overall a good stay. Location of the building is excellent. Location of the unit within the building is good (first floor, end unit). However, because it is an end unit, the exit door of the building would slam and shake the master bedroom wall every time someone entered/exited the building. Would be nice if building manager would "soften" the closing of the door. Unit could use a little maintenance/updating. Ceilings in both showers are crumbling, shower head in main bathroom sprays...

「A great place to spend a day or a couple days. We were traveling to attend a wedding. The small kitchen, two baths, pool was just what we needed. Access was easy, and the rocky river behind the resort gave the family hours and hours of entertainment. Rick was quick to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. 」

「Seems too good to be true, but no, it’s a beautiful spot in the heart of Lincoln. Very cozy and peaceful, had a great stay.」

「Nice location close to Littleton’s Main St restaurants and breweries yet feels out in the woods. Our dog enjoyed playing with their dogs. Hope to return in the winter and use the new outdoor Sauna they are building.」
