「We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again.」

Only thing is the quality of the toilet paper: it's was thin like silk paper but other than that the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature was fine, kitchenette very functional, premises were quiet, river access is nice and location is fantastic for Franconia Notch State Park activities.」

「This was a great house to stay at for our purposes, which was skiing at Cannon. Nice and close! Also pet friendly, which was hugely important to us. It’s a little inconvenient that there is no exit to the outside from the main floor. Property was clean, comfortable, good spot, quiet, and perfect proximity to the mountain.」
