The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too! "Lovely casa rural, sympathetically restored to provide comfortable accommodation. Especially enjoyed the view of the goats from our room. Lots of information about what to see and do locally. We caught the train from Bermeo up the estuary to Gernika, a lovely trip."

"Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area."
