「I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door. 「The room we got was double the size of the standard. Ok cleanliness. Fans in the rooms were not too loud at night. There is no AC, do if the room gets hot it's hard to cool with the windows wide open. Beds were firm, pillows were soft. The carpet was bump at different parts of the Inn. No pool. It's an old Inn but still an average Inn. Close to Grout Road so easy to get to downtown or to get to U of A. There is addition fees to stay so watch for those. 」

「The walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, TV noise, and even people walking around or using the bathroom.
