Breakfast closed early and we missed breakfast. We were charged a $300 deposit because we booked through a 3rd party site. Regular deposit is $100.

They had an unexpected deposit of $300 to check in. There were never towels clean and ready. The cards deactivated multiple times. Breakfast and staff were just okay.

Hello. Our stay was for the convenience of being close to a show. Rooms were normal hotel rooms. But very loud. We could hear the people in the next room. Kids, people on a phone. Staff were friendly. We would stay again.

A good, basic hotel if you have access to a car. Fort Saskatchewan public bus terminal nearby for local transport. The pool was good and is family oriented. Breakfast was acceptable. Staff were helpful. The condition of the hotel could benefit from being updated.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a really great experience. Super clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good too. We initially booked the room with 2 queen beds but I was called prior to our stay and was offered a free upgrade because there had been a maintenance issue with the other room. Which I appreciated they gave us a call before hand. The pool was also really nice and the slide was super fast! My daughter, husband and I had lots of fun on it. Would stay here again :)

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, however the condition of the public areas left something to be desired. Condition of the furniture in the hallways was poor, with ripped and missing covers on the chairs in the hallway. The pool deck was very dirty with hair clogging the drains and dirt and dust under the waterslide( which was broken) and it didn’t look like they were planning on fixing it. There were cigarette butts everywhere outside the hotel and the “smoking area” was gross with garbage all over. Property manager needs to pay more attention to the outside and public areas of this hotel. Overall a decent stay, but definitely will not be going back to such a dirty place.

The pool was way less than satisfactory. Hot tub had sand, dirt and what looked like skin flakes swirling around the bottom. Rinse shower had globs of hair on the floor around the wall, as well as a dirty rusty empty soap dispenser. Floors were grimy and full of sand/dirt making my feet feel gross. Main pool water was extremely salty, foggy and murky. My children couldn’t see to the other side with goggles or barely see their diving toys. The saltiness made our skin and hair feel disgusting. The slide was also out of order with no signage or warnings until you get into the pool (I chose this hotel for the pool and slide which made our stay very disappointing) Walking into the pool area gave very eery vibes, dark and not well lit. Staff was amazing - room was clean and great - breakfast amazing as well - pool area needs a lot of attention.

Horrible staffing

Called ahead to ask how much the hold on the card is because I wanted to pay in advance (Expedia) and after being told to call back at first, I was then told $100 for the hold. When I got to the hotel, I was informed it was $300 hold because I paid through Expedia. It would have been nice to be informed of this huge difference ahead of time which is why I called before I even booked. Then when I got to the room, I realized it did not match the pictures and when I asked about it I was told that the pictures online are not accurate and there was nothing they could do about it. I was there for 2 nights, and they had the same 1 staff member working everything the ENTIRE time, I do not know much about labor laws but there has to be a violation there. Not to mention it was a long weekend and incredibly busy, this one lady was working both the buffet breakfast cooking the food and the front desk and maintaining the pool all at the same time. It was chaotic. I did not see a cleaning staff once the entire time I was there, multiple times there were spills in the elevator that went uncleaned for hours and items sitting outside guest rooms for the entirety of the stay. If they were able to get better trained staff and more of them at that, this hotel had great potential for an amazing stay. So far, I will not be coming back.

Right next to a Montana’s. Great dinner there. Only real complaint on the stay is pretty insignificant. Please get better coffee packs for the room coffee machine. Packs come with a stir stick. One fake sugar one real sugar. No creamer or whitener.

Property is a new building, but many small thing have to be fix, like the toilets in our room (312), the showers are not working properly, the water slid wasnt open, the areas are clean and the breakfast was good. the staff very friendly.
