「Hot water for tea was a dribble of water that took forever to fill a cup and it was located up high. The security flip over feature on my door was broken. There was a loose floor tile in the bathroom. The iron was missing. Front desk had extra and damaged plexiglass between staff and guests. I had a hard time hearing while checking in. Staff was friendly enough. Building was run down and signage gave impression the hotel area was unsafe.」

「Room was ok but the blinds were broken and could not put up. My neighbor was extremely inconsiderate by keeping their tv on extremely loud until after 11:00 pm. Definitely not the best rest at this hotel.」

「The continental breakfast had several options, eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagel …. The waffle machine was broken The pool area was nice, but the sauna wasn’t working. Afternoon staff wasn’t very attentive at the little bar/lounge area 」
