"I always come to this hotel when I visit Bogota because the staff always make me feel welcome. When they say "pet friendly", they are very very pet friendly. They give us two beds and two bowls for our two dogs. The cleaning staff even give us four bottles of water for me, my girlfriend, and our two dogs. The location is very safe because it's across the street from the police station. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. The food is great, with lots of choices. I wish there's a bit more variety for the breakfast buffet, but it's definitely not bad. I think the only bad thing about the rooms is that there's no heat in the rooms, so you can only make it cold."
