Quite, Clean, Safe, and Great Service

After a late flight it was nice to check i to such a clean space and have a nice quite room to get some rest. Check in was easy and friendly. The location was great for access to the airport and then to head out of town in the morning.

A very nice, extremely clean hotel for the price. This hotel is close to shopping. The breakfast buffet is limited, yet adequate. If you spend twice as much you'll get more, but there isn't a nicer hotel for this price in Bogota.

The staff was so very friendly. They welcomed us and our dog with smiles. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Our only complained was that it was a little warm in the room at night and there was no window to open or air to adjust. But it’s a very nice, well maintained hotel with lovely amenities.

Best shower in South America .small kettle so can make brews .comfy bed .security is a pain as may wait quite a while in queue to get in .not much of interest in area but a big mall and food nearby ,safe area and very close to airport Worst thing is aircon controlled centrally .windows don't open and seemed a little hard to breath . Would stay again if wanted to stay close to airport .if you want central tourist part of Bogotá are much better choices

This Hotel is perfect if will be located close to Bogota night life and attractions. The fact that they didn't offer a free shuttle to airport affected more. I have to rent uber e every time we want to go some where cause the distance to everything. Exit or entrance to the Hotel is very inconvenience cause is located inside a Duttyfree Zone Custody by security that make hard the access to this hotel. They check your luggage at departure time in a open area table in front of all people. Breakfast serving staff is awesome! But food not the best. The "calentado" taste horrible. Fruts are not fresh, cereal was old and hard to eat. The rooms are smaller than shows on hotel pictures.

For business travelers

Situated "close" to the airport and mainly in an industrial/business park zone, this hotel is meant more for business travelers. There is a huge gate with multiple guards inspecting traffic upon entry, so getting an Uber in is not allowed. You'll have to walk to the gate. The entrance to the hotel is not located on the main street. The hotel lobby is very nice, modern with plenty of seats available. There is a bar and a restaurant in the same area. I have included photos of the restaurant seating area and gym. I did not take photos of the room unfortunately. The rooms are rather small, but for 1-2 people just fine. Netflix and YouTube on the TV. The wifi is excellent and strong. The shower is ever where the room really shines. 4 feet by 3 feet, rainfall shower head, overhead relaxed ensconced lighting. The room is very modern with 2 recessed ensconced lights in the ceiling and 2 night tablestand lights as well. No fridge in room, but there is a safe. Hotel front desk has good customer service. I wanted to wake up late, eat the complimentary breakfast, and then workout. After asking, they allowed me to stay in the room until 1:00pm!👀😳. I don't know if they will do this for every customer. The day before I ate at the hotel because the traffic is terrible, and trying to get an Uber is really difficult. The restaurant food sucks! Terrible ingredients, quality, and no flavor, it fills the hole. The breakfast however was very nice! Lots of options for breakfast.
