"Unfortunately this was the worst night. The air conditioner was extremely loud. I tried to open the balcony door but the freeway is right next-door and also loud. Parking lot is being paved so lots of dust and noise from that as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here."

"The property sits in the middle of the homeless encampments in Sacramento, which unfortunately provides a less than suitable environment for families and many travelers. I personally was given a room with a window directly overlooking the McDonald's Drive-Thru. Between cars honking at other cars in line, one car literally ramming the car ahead of it (major damage), motorcyles revving all night long, etc., I slept about 2-3 hours and left the property before 6 AM. While the staff was amazingly helpful and positive given the situation, I was advised to move my car to an area more brightly lit than others so that the desk clerk could monitor it on the video screen at the desk. I carried all my belongings inside, fearful to leave them in the car. Bottom line, this seems like a really nice hotel with a great staff that someone ended up in a part of Sacramento that you will probably want to avoid."

"This was a great place to stay and the staff was very attentive and kind. The breakfast menu was pretty expensive, but in CA it’s pretty much par for the course. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our family was there for a funeral..we had 10 rooms. The hotel was full because of a Leather expo of some sort with provocativly dressed people walking around and that's was the least of the problem. One cousin had Cockroaches in her room and when she turned on the hair dryer more flew out!! She changed rooms and when I checked in they tried to give me the room next door! They didn't have the adjoining rooms either that I had requested weeks before,they said they gave it away and there were no other rooms available on a higher floor so we had to stay on the first floor roach floor..another cousins room smelled like bugs pray and that was another floor so clearly a Problem! My niece had 5 large bug bites from her room. Another cousin had a broken bed in her room ,mine had broken cabinet doors and a cut out in more than one room in the bathtub floor, they clearly cut it out and it was like a cushion stepping in the shower so they did not replace the tub when work was done ..no one cared to apologize or make it better.. Do Not add the breakfast either that was a 15%off coupon not free and the restaurant was out of A lot of things so we didn't and couldn't eat there and wouldn't anyway with Cockroaches and bugs I can only imagine the unsanitary Kitchen! It was an awful experience,we could not move hotels as we had a schedule to keep for our funeral services or we all would have left the Roach Motel we call it and we and anyone we know in the area will Never be back!"
