「The condo was very nice roomy and spacious! I would definitely come back next year! Thank you💙」

「Great location and host」

「Great location with lots of space. Super clean.」

「Simply Amazing! 10/10 highly recommend! Pictures does this place no justice. Don’t walk RUN to book! 」

「A short, straight 4 block walk to public beach access. Great communication, comfy beds, my girls enjoyed riding the bikes.」

「The house was clean and mostly as described. The weather was really hot so we enjoyed the air conditioner. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciate the relaxed feeling of the unit. We really loved the screened back porch and the Crows nest or top deck were especially enjoyed at night. We spent a lot of family time and watching the stars. On the down side the ping pong table was not usable and the kitchen needed attention. I bought a skillet to use during our trip because the coating...

「We really enjoyed our stay on Folly and in this property. Even though we were there right before a holiday, the beach at this end of the island was never crowded. We used the pool for hours, and I would highly recommend a house with a pool if you have littles. My grandson liked the pool better than the beach - no waves and no other people. We rented a golf cart which I would also recommend. It's too far to walk into town from this property, and it was too hot to ride bikes. The house was very...

「It was a great place to spend a long weekend with our granddaughter. Great access to the beach, nicely decorated and a short ride to Charleston for some great restaurants. If you prefer not to drive there are some very nice restaurants to eat at Folly beach with some live music. We loved the property!」

「House was beautiful and great for a family getaway.」

「Perfect for a few days in Charleston. Seemed like we were reasonably close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and well kept up. Loved the built in body wash and shampoo/conditioner!」

「This property was a perfect location for a long weekend exploring Charleston. 15 mins to downtown and 10 minutes to Follie Beach. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Grocery stores close by so we were able to cook a few meals between adventuring. Nice outside space. Perfect for 2 might be tight with much more.」

「Private suite on the left side of a rancher including private entrance and backyard. Very nicely constructed and spacious. Prime location on James Island just off the main drag. Owner was very responsive when batteries died on the smart lock. 」

「Great location for our needs. Quick drive to the beach, King Street and the College of Charleston. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we all had plenty of room to hang out and relax. Adorable decor and fabulous backyard.」

「We loved the location! The house is in a quiet area and only 15 min from the beach and 15 min from downtown Charleston. Overall, everything went well and we were satisfied with the stay!We were disappointed that the outdoor area isn’t exactly what’s pictured, but it worked just for letting the dog out. There is a picnic table outside, but if you want a fire to sit around, you will need to have your own chairs. The shower doesn’t drain well, but I’m sure that’s a simple fix!」

「This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house was beautiful, immaculately clean and had literally everything anyone could ever need. The host was kind, helpful and communicated quickly and effectively. Perfect place for anyone to stay! I miss it already!」

「We had the best time and everything we needed was there! 」

「Yes, we recommend this property! They thought of every little detail, and if you’re a walker it’s close to everything. There is free transportation downtown as we didn’t rent a car.」

「Great location in mt. Pleasant. We were traveling with a toddler and this place made the stay a lot easier.」

「The location is excellent, walking distance to the downtown, historic areas. That street is very pretty. Communication with Courtney was great, check-in and out was smooth. I could leave my luggage there safely on my last day and pick it up on my way to the airport. There was coffee, water, wine, snack bars in the room. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby. I was traveling alone, I can imagine that the room I stayed in may be a bit tight for two travellers but it was said up front it is...
