Great little suite!

This mini suite was exactly as described. Bed was comfy, the bathroom was roomy, and the shower was amazing. Close to cute restaurants and a very short walk or drive to downtown.

Perfect location, off street parking was good. Our host Courtney was quick to help us with any of our needs. This property is a very small well cared for & sparkling clean. There is only a bedroom. Be aware that carrying any luggage up the spiral staircase is very challenging. The wet bathroom works very well. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Perfect for Couples

Courtney was amazing and went above and beyond as a host. The room was perfect for 2 people, and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower pressure and hot water also. The staircase is tight but we had no issues going up or down with or without our luggage. We would stay here again and again.

Cute quarters

The property is beautifully laid out and easy access. We spent two nights in the single room. The pool was an added bonus, small and just right. The only con was the mosquitoes, bugs in Charleston can be bad. Next time, I plan on staying at other spaces on the property which includes apartments and a full house .

Good but not great.

Overall, this property is perfect for a 1-2 night stay, but I wanted stay longer than that. However, there is mold in the shower “cubby” hole all over the brick. Pool is nice and you’re about a 15 minute walk or less from downtown.

This host is outstanding. The host is quick to make very good suggestions, provided detailed information about check in and check out, provided accommodations like umbrellas that are simple, but often overlooked. The setting is wonderful and near several restaurants. It was exactly as described, with no shortage of any of the necessities, such as towels, coffee (sure, I consider it a necessity), and other things that can be easily overlooked. You will see why this host has such solid reviews.

Clean, tiny accomodations for traveler on the go

Perfect accommodations for mother-daughter or 2 smaller people. we enjoyed our stay, clean with nice attention to details and was within walking distance to everything downtown. Please note that the only access to the room is via a very narrow, steep spiral staircase... keep in mind when carrying luggage. not recommended for an elder person. Also, lots of ongoing construction in the parking lot.

Gem Of A Stay

Courtney gave us an awesome room! There's lots to love and it helped accentuate an already lovely stay in a gorgeous town. The host was sujper responsive and even answered any questions we had in the days leading up to the stay. Entry was super easy. First, we were greeted with exclusive private parking in the backyard. We share with other cars but the lots are quite roomy and it was big enough that I saw a handyman fit his F150 and trailer through the lot. The access key was intuitive and the French doors made it very easy to get bigger parcels in. Lets get this out of the way, there is a helical staircase that gives preference for big luggage or healthy knees. But bear in mind there are other rooms in this home and its easy to get used to the 2nd story walk. Upon entry, we are greeted with a well renovated room. The bed was large and well appointed. The sheets were super clean and there as helpful storage all around the place. Its the right balance of cozy and accommodating. The AC unit blew cold and entertainment on lazy/rainy days was easy with Hulu/Netflix on the TV while kicking back on coffee, tea and wine courtesy of the host. The bathroom is a simple design and well laid out. Out on the street expect a 20+ min walk to the tourist spots north/south of town. With a car then walking arrangement its very easy. The place was safe and quiet even during early mornings and late nights. Highly recommend!

It's all in the little details! It is a super cozy room but has everything you could possibly need and extremely clean and smelled so good.The host is very welcoming and kind. Quaint Escape
