This 1BR suite has a separate entrance and self check-in keypad to ensure complete privacy. Included in this listing are: all linens, iron, mini-ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, and wine glasses. Also included are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bottled water, coffee/tea, snacks, and a welcome gift upon your arrival. Please contact me prior to check-in if you would like to have any additional items available.

Many activities and local sites are within walking distance. If you have a small to mid-sized vehicle, I highly recommend that you leave your vehicle in my parking lot during your stay & utilize Uber, a pedi-cab, or rent a bike to explore the city (i.e. The City Market, Rainbow Row, South Battery, etc).

It was a great appartment in walkable distance to the King street and a lot of different breakfast places and restaurants. It was great to have parking. We have easy and quick communication with the host. As a small detail but very improtant for me: it was really nice to have a dyson hairdryer.

This is a small, well operated inn in Charleston. It is in walking distance to many local museums, restaurants, bars and coffee cafes.The room was small but comfortable. Good wi-fi, large screen TV, plush towels, wine and snacks awaiting your arrival.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Only be prepared to walk at least a few miles or get uber or pedicab. Owner will tell you this also. Restaurants around the corner are an easy walk and food is good.

Great Little Place!

Stayed here on a girls trip. It was the perfect location for exploring the city. We walked or biked everywhere. The unit was impeccably clean and there were many thoughtful touches such as coffee, water, toiletries, and a lovely welcome gift of wine and snacks. It is small but we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had. The only complaint is that we could hear the people above us walking on the wood floor when we were trying to sleep, but earplugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Clean, affordable option

Clean apartment with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Plenty of towels, and the bottle of wine and snacks were a nice touch. Only complaint is the sink is so small your can’t fill a water bottle.

This is a sweet pad. It’s small on space but big on style and clean as a whistle. It has everything you need. Parking is very tight-small vehicles only.

We enjoyed our stay. Online, it said we had booked a room on the 2nd floor, however, we were on the first floor. We did have some issues with some noisy guest above us, but the host helped us take care of this. We enjoyed our time here! Very cute and clean little space!
