Centrally located for your beach getaway, or business trip. James Island is close to everything, and very easy to get to. You will have the whole main house to yourself, but the backyard is shared (fire pit, hot tub, garden, grill, swingset). Free parking for up to 4 vehicles onsite.

In addition to the bedrooms, full baths, full kitchen, game room and living room, our backyard is a wonderful place to hang out. We have a creek, a garden and fruit trees, a gas grill, a hot tub, and a fire pit. So much to enjoy as you are waterfront. You are even welcome to fish in the waterway (catch & release), or use our kayaks for a jaunt down the estuary.

We have smart TVs with many apps to enjoy.

You will have the entire main house to yourself. It has a kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and game room. You may also feel free to enjoy the back or front yard, which is shared with our other guests. We can accommodate four guest vehicles. We give you a code to enter on the keypad a few days before you arrive. You can check in anytime after 4pm. We charge a $50 early check-in/late check-out fee, and can only guarantee we can accommodate it on the day of arrival/check out.

We live locally and are available to assist with any needs that arise. We are always available via message.

Rules:
No smoking anywhere on the property. No drugs or parties.

Because there are shared walls, we ask that you respect quiet hours. (10pm-7am)

We provide towels, linens, toiletries, tea and coffee.

There is a creek behind our house. If you let your children into our backyard, please be aware that the creek is attached, and be water safe.

We provide a bag of beach essentials, which includes beach towels and beach chairs (8), which you are welcome to use during your stay. Does not include snorkeling gear.

No pets, other than certified Service Animals, with proof of service sent prior to check-in.

Please note: there is a $50 fee for an early check in or late checkout. For late checkout without prior approval, the fee is $50/hour, or portion thereof.

The cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $95 fee.
