「The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!」

「We used this house as a wedding venue (about 20 guests) and a vacation house for the family that came. It was absolutely perfect! The deck with the rocking chairs was a hit. The beds & couches were comfortable, and the house was so clean! The three bathrooms upstairs were very helpful & the bathroom downstairs, along with the bar made for the perfect venue. There were even string lights hung up. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and all the essentials you need. The AC unit worked nicely...

「We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.」

「This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix.」

「We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.」

「複数のホテルと居住型の混在施設。施設の敷地がとても広く、98号を隔ててゴルフ施設側(Bay側)と海(ビーチ側)に別れている。 今回は、Bay側に宿泊したので海に行くには車に乗って移動。 ビーチにstayするには、日差しが強いのでパラソルをレンタルするか持参が必須。 白い砂浜のビーチはすんでいて、本当に美しく遠浅なので子供ずれも多かった。 次回は、海側のホテルにstayしたいです。」
