Meet 'Close Enough,' the cozy hideaway nestled on a tranquil 5 acres. A back porch boasting “peek-a-boo” bay views that'll make your morning coffee feel fancy. Need boat parking? We've got tons of space. We're so close to the beaches of SGI and the coastal town of Apalachicola that even GPS is impressed.

Charming 2 bedroom 1 &1/2 bath home newly renovated & centrally located less than 14 miles from the coastal town of Apalachicola or the beautiful beaches of St George Island. Bring your boats we have the parking.

The home is located off of CC Land Road. Guests use the back door to enter and exit.

We would appreciate guests using the driveway off of CC Land to enter and exit the property.

We had a great time in this little cottage by the bay. We were a 3 min drive from all the food and fun you need for a quiet weekend.

Home away from home

We had the best time here. The house was so clean and cozy. We had everything we needed plus so much more. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were close to all of the surrounding towns. This is the perfect spot for duck hunters like us because we were minutes from all of the boat ramps. We will see you again next year!

Perfect getaway

This house is the perfect place to get away from it all and get to the beach and enjoy activities all within 15 minutes or less of driving. The house is beautiful inside and out and it is clear that this property is well maintained and designed for absolute comfort. I will come back again.

Little Convenient Location

The house was in a location outside of town but close enough to see the area and surrounding areas. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was decent size. There was no pantry or place to store groceries but not a big deal if you don’t mind stacking things around the window seals, countertops, etc. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

First time in area so it made a good base camp! Easy access to small coastal towns, St. George Island and the easy living of that part of panhandle. The St. George Island St Park is a “don’t miss” miles of beach. Amazing sand!!! The oysters and food are truly a treat supplied by committed locals. Did I say no traffic.
