About this property

Pristine Elegance meets Chic Charm!

  • Live like a local with this property, only 5 miles from FSU and FAMU. You are close to everything going on in town. Super convenient. Family-friendly.

    Amenities include a high-speed WiFi connection, toiletries, coffee, and 3 smart TVs (50 50" and 58").

    All our furniture is brand new, and the property features a fully functioning kitchen and laundry room.

    -The entire house will be only for you. We live 15 minutes away in case you need something.
    -You will have two rooms with one queen bed with soft sheets and a down comforter in each bedroom.
    -You will have two bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and a hair dryer.
    -You will have a full kitchen. Commercial food preparation is not allowed.
    -We will provide you with a key code access so that you can go in and out without any problem.

    Free High Speed Wi-Fi; Washer and Dryer; two parking lots in front of the house.

The house was gorgeous, very comfortable and felt like home. I was not able to bring my pet this time, but the fenced area in back would be a nice area for her to lounge! Looking forward to visiting again on my next stay in Tallahasee!

The rental looks deceptively small from the outside, but was surprisingly roomy inside. The only issue we had was the code did not work for the door when we arrived. We messaged the owner and immediately received a response with a new code. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was already booked. The owner was kind enough to check on us to make certain we had found another place to stay. The space was perfect for us. One level, two bathrooms, so we didn't have to share, and everything we might need. I spilled a bag of m&m's and even found a broom and vacuum to clean up my mess. They also provided a starter kit for the Keurig which was nice. We also had some additional amenities not mentioned which were great to have. First, there were handheld showers in the bathrooms, like we have at home. There was also a bidet on the master bath toilet, like I have at home, which was an awesome surprise! Both thwse items made the stay much more comfortable and like being at home. Also nice to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a grill outside even though we didn't need it. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Tallahassee! It was so comfortable with the conveniences of home!

Home was clean and well stocked. As others mentioned it was very quiet. The home was easy to find and roughly 15 or so minutes to FSU. Grocery stores, gas, restaurants were all within 2-3 miles. Tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The owner quickly responded to my inquiries. We had a great stay.

This was the best rental experience I’ve had thus far! Stella did an amazing job of informing us about the property in advance. The home was immaculate and ready for visitors despite our last minute booking. Pros: comfortable space and accommodations for 5 people. Everything works well and everything available for use is of good quality. Cons: depending of how close you need To be to FSU campus this may not be the most ideal location. It takes about 20 minutes drive there

In town for FSU graduation. Property was located about 10-15 minutes from campus. Extremely clean. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Kitchen in very nice condition, well stocked with dishes, utensils and other supplies. Well decorated. Beds and furniture comfortable. Definitely recommend. Would rent again if ever in Tallahassee.
