Sala espaçosa, banheiro grande, vários utensílios na cozinha, lojinha completo no térreo, mas o maior destaque dele, sem dúvida, é a localização. De frente para o parque da Luz, ao lado de uma bakery e perto de várias atrações onde pude ir a pé, como a ponte Hercílio Luz, o Armazém Rita Maria, o Top Market, o Mercado Municipal, a praia, enfim, nota 10. Quando voltar a Floripa com a família, certamente ficarei nele novamente."

"O quarto estava conforme anunciado, parece ter passado por reforma recente.
Não tinha nenhuma avaliação no hoteis.com, acho que esse deve ser a primeira.
Tem tudo para fazer cafe da manha e comida rápida (cafeteira, microondas, freezer, chaleira eletrica, panelas, etc).
Pelo fato de estar no centro, o barulho do transito pode incomodar, mas isso compensa a praticipar de estar por perto do que precisa, fiz tudo que precisava a pé.
O apartamento 2 poderia ter cama melhor. O colchão é pequeno e...
