O hotel é excelente, cumpre o que se propõe a fazer, cama confortável, chuveiro excelente, limpeza bem feita, recepcionistas simpáticos. Algum pontos: Ficamos oito dias no hotel, então senti falta de variedade no café da manhã, comida bem feita porém todos os dias os exatos mesmos itens, tendo variação somente nos sucos. O hotel estava passando por reformas, super compreensível, fomos avisados disso e em todos os andares tinham placas informando da reforma, porém isto atrapalhou um pouco o descanso quando queríamos dormir até um pouco mais tarde, as responsáveis pela limpeza também usam radinhos para se comunicarem, achei uma estratégia de otimização de tempo ótima porém quando estavam no quarto ao lado ou no corredor dava de ouvir a conversa e os sons desse “rádio de comunicação interna”. Nada que tenha estragado a estadia porém alguns pontos poderiam ser melhor cuidados.

O café da manhã é de excelente qualidade, com opções inclusivas para pessoas com restrições alimentares (sem glúten e sem lactose). Fiquei em um quarto quádruplo no 10º andar, com vista para o mar: espaçoso, super confortável e silencioso, com ótimo isolamento acústico. Tudo no quarto é novo, incluindo roupas de cama e banho, que estavam impecavelmente limpas e confortáveis. O serviço de quarto é impecável, e o hotel oferece ainda uma sala privativa equipada com air fryer, micro-ondas e chaleira elétrica para uso comum dos hóspedes. Todos os equipamentos estavam limpos e em perfeito estado. A equipe da recepção e da cozinha merece destaque: extremamente simpáticos e solícitos, garantindo uma experiência acolhedora. Resumo: Estrutura moderna, conforto, limpeza e atendimento excepcional. Recomendo fortemente!
