A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. Nowhere was too far to walk. The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent. The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening.

We've visited Florence several times now and always loved walking pas this iconic building with the view that one day I would stay there. This visit that goal materialised. A great reception from the ladies in reception led us to our room facing the Arno River. The room was huge, king sized bed, and bathroom well appointed. Clean and spacious. Superb bedroom. Breakfast is also a treat. They have a chef who makes the most fantastic omlettes, and the stocking of the buffet breakfast is done maticuloulsly. Our go-to hotel from now on when we will inevitably return to Florence.
