宿泊ホテルの件
スタッフ一同が親切で感じがよかった。部屋も清潔であった。ただ、建物が線路脇にあち、部屋が線路側にあったため、昼から夜9時頃までずっと騒音がした。2019年始めに運行を始めたトラムの駅のすぐそばにあり、空港への行き来がとても便利であった。

ホテルの方がとにかく良い人ばかりでした！ 朝食が含まれているのですが、次の日の朝は7:00から出かける予定だったため、モーニングの時間（7:30〜）より早くチェックアウトすることを伝えると、「じゃあbreakfast boxを用意しようか？」と言ってくださり、翌朝、サンドウィッチ２つとクロワッサンとフルーツとパックジュースを袋に入れて渡してくれました！ また、チェックアウト後も荷物を置いてもらい、14時くらいにピックアップしてさらに移動する際に、「コーヒーかエスプレッソでも飲む？」と勧めてくれて、急いでいたので大丈夫だよ〜と伝えると、ペットボトルの水をタダでくれました！ 夜ご飯にビステッカを食べたいというと、近くのオススメのお店を紹介してくれて、15%offのクーポンも頂き、お得に食事をすることができました。 本当に、温かく気遣いができる方々ばかりのホテルで、またフィレンツェに行く機会があれば、絶対このホテルにしようと思いました！

フィレンツェ旅行に利用しました。駅や長距離バス停から近くに位置していましたし、徒歩の観光にもとても便利でした。 ホテルの部屋は清潔で、必要最低限の設備が整っていました。エアコンもきちんと可動し、夏の暑い夜も快適に過ごせました。 ホテル従業員の方々はとても親切で良くしていただきました。 次もフィレンツェに行くときは利用したいと思います。

非常に親切な接客
駅チカ条件で検索したホテルのためロケーションを重視していたが、一番近いルートが大規模な工事中のため、結果的に10分程度徒歩でかかった点およびそれに関するアナウンスがない点は残念であった。 従業員の方々は皆親切で、とてもフレンドリーであった。部屋も綺麗でなんの問題もない。美術館バウチャーの印刷や部屋のトラブルにもすぐ対応してくれてとても助かった。 朝ごはんはビュッフェ形式で、クオリティは可もなく不可もなくといったところ。パンがあまり美味しくないがチーズやハムなどがあるので悪くはない。

The lady is helpful and nice but not the guys. Breakfast is too late for tourist who have guides early in the morning. No elevator and no help with the luggage’s. The hotel is not in good aspect.

Struttura vicino alla stazione ed al centro. Il personale è molto cortese, disponibile ed accoglie tutti gli ospiti con il sorriso mettendoli subito a proprio agio e rendendosi disponibile per consigli e suggerimenti. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto la stanza: spaziosa, letto comodissimi ed il bagno con doccia enorme. Sicuramente una struttura da consigliare e in cui ritornare!

Staff was not friendly. Many things were not working and not in proper condition like toilet, lights, etc. There were bed bugs we found and they didn't take any actions to fix it.

Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar am Bahnhof, das Personal war immer super freundlich. Natürlich wenn das Hotel am Bahnhof ist, ist es etwas lauter, muss man aber im Kopf haben. Die zwei einzigen negativen Punkte waren das extrem harte Bett und eine eigenartige Dusche, wo in der Duschkabine eine Säule integriert wurde.

Worst hotel room in the entire Italy trip
The hotel was located on a back street next to the car tunnel/train tracks, the window was painted, the room was extremely noisy and shaken when cars and trains passed. The room was so hot when we got in because AC not allowed running by law? That was the only hotel had this law in all of 11 hotels we were stayed in Italy trip. The bathroom was horrible: narrow and small, it was hard to use toilet without touch the wall or bidet even for average size people. Towels looked gray color, the roll of bathroom tissue was wet during housekeeping.

This is a nice place to stay. High ceilings give a open feel. Small kitchenette and dining place. Very secure so felt safe. Unfortunately property backs up to railroad tracks and the walls are thin. You could hear trains and other occupants. Beds are hard as cement so if you enjoy a firm bed you’ll love these. Good breakfast offerings and staff was very friendly and helpful. .

Why a hotel like this one remains doing business? The building is old, dirty and unsafe. The room are terrible and not maintained. Shower has mold oll over,room has dust everywhere and the most sad part of this, is that they do not care. Although I would say that two employees from reception have the right attitude. Knowing that many hotel managers either argue or try to justify the feedback provided, I have pictures available.

Our stay at the Hotel Luxor was excellent. The location was 5 min walk from the train station and 10-15 mins walk to the Duomo plaza. The lady who helped us check in was absolutely kind and even suggested what we go see in our brief stay in Florence. I appreciated the fact that this hotel had an elevator. It was small but it beats taking our luggage up the stairs. The breakfast was also delicious. Lots of pastries, eggs, bread, water, juice, and coffee. What really left an impression was after we checked out, they let us leave our luggage there so we can explore. When we came back 5 hours later, my husband and I were exhausted and the host offered us cold water. I really appreciated that. If we ever go back to Florence, I would definitely stay here!

2개의 룸을 예약했습니다. 3인실은 본관에 2인실은 별관에 배정받았습니다. 별관은 엘리베이터가 있었고, 본관은 짐을 날라주는 리프트가 있었어요. 어머니가 무릎이 안좋으셔서, 전 엘리베이터가 꼭 필요했어요. 아침식사는 평범했고, 요청하면, 커피를 직접 뽑아주셨어요. ( 낮에도 커피, 차, 물을 요청하면 데스크 직원이 챙겨주셨습니다. ) 데스크 직원들이 아주 친절하고, 유쾌했어요. 많은 도움을 받았습니다. 특히 딜리버루 맛집 추천 아주 감사했습니다. 머무는 동안 내내 편안하고, 즐거웠어요.

Excellent service by the owner Betta! She was very friendly, courteous and informative! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return on our next trip to Florence. Great if you are travelling by train as it is minutes away from SMN station.
