The staff really did everything to get a room as fast as they could for me. The service was the best, the room was clean and the cleaning staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel is safe and close to the train station and everything important. Would return here in a heartbeat

The hotel is conveniently located as it is very near the train station. The street also has grocery store, laundry shop and a lot of dining options! Plus very near the duomo. Room is very clean. Our room was on the street side and I could hear the people having drinks at the nearby restaurant but nothing that could not be fixed by closing the window. As we leave very early, the staff graciously packed our breakfast the night before (juice, water, fruits and biscuits).

Location was great. Staff was so friendly. I misplaced my sunglasses in room and cleaning services found it and brought back to me before I left hotel. So very honest. The hotel is right in the middle of tourist attractions and 7 min walk from train station. It has decent breakfast included. The best part is the people working there - they are very nice and friendly.
