駅や観光地から近く便利です。 ホテル自体はフロントの方々が皆さん親切でした。 チェックイン前後に荷物を預かっていただき助かりました。コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。 Expediaが案内する地図の場所が間違っています。フィレンツェは道が複雑なので特にご注意下さい。私は地図にプロットされた場所で困っていたら通りがかりの方が親切に教えてくれて助かりました。

まあまあ
喫煙には厳しく気をつけた方が良い。女性スタッフに怒鳴られる。中心街に近く至便。またSMNが近く広場で音楽をやっており楽しい時間を過ごした。

何もない
時にタオルの替えもなく、周りの部屋の声も丸聞こえ。 安ければ仕方ないと思うが4つ星並の値段に驚愕。 この投稿を最後に忘れようと思う。

立地が良いけども。。
立地は非常に良かったのですが、スタッフの対応がいまいちでした。また、ホテル内も簡素過ぎて、日本人には不向きかもしれません。今度は少々出費が増えても別のホテルにしようかと思っています。

The lady in reception was so lovely, showed us on the map everything that was close to our hotel- which was everything! We didn’t have to take any public transport because everything was so close to where this hotel is. Lots of restaurants and shops right outside. Although there is no lift, so we had to go up a LOT of stairs, the room and bathroom were very nice, the bathroom was right outside our room and was clean and spacious. Our room was a good size and had a nice window- although the bedding was horrendous. The duvet had no cover and was extremely scratchy and uncomfortable. We had to use our towels as blankets. All in all very nice stay and would just recommend better bedding.

They have to mention the super ceiling fan in the rooms. Makes a HUGE bonus as it is hot and humid in Florence. Also 1st floor room 7 is on the 3 rd floor. Cool building right in the centre of EVERYTHING. More like a hostel with private rooms. Super high ceilings. Great window Rapunzal!! All you really need to sight see and take in Florence.

Good place to sleep, no elevator and rooms are on second and third floor. No ac, but with a ceiling fan which feels good. In the city center, 5-10 minutes walk to major monuments and train station.

Is more like a boarding house than a hotel but good for the price and great location close to every major tourist area and the central train station

You get what you pay for. Room was clean, staff helped me check in after hours though it took some back and forth. You can hear EVERYTHING (people closing and opening doors plus outside noise), so bring earplugs.

Great hotel in excellent location
Great pensioner, staff,location and room were wonderful . Only comments about the room, the bathroom could be better with a shelf to put toiletries, also a soap dispenser rather than packets, there were a great deal of stairs, 5 flights which should be mentioned but the staff helped with suitcases and were v helpful

No es un buen lugar, muchas escaleras. La habitación tenía un olor terrible y no se podía dormir con eso. Es un lugar que no se siente limpio.

La struttura non merita il prezzo pagato : stile trasandato, pareti scrostate, in bagno lo sciacquone del wc difettoso , arredamento vecchio , doccia con tenda , prodotti da bagno limitati, mancava anche la carta igienica . Rumoroso , infissi vecchi .

Excellent spot
An excellent location. A short walk from the train station in one direction, the Arno and the city in the other. A nice little trattoria at ground level and excellent value for location.

Great Florence location!
The building needs some renovation and maintenance repairs but it was clean, great location and the service was excellent. There’s s a lot of stairs to walk up with luggage but doable.

The location is good, but the facilities are very outdated, and the bed mattresses are old enough to need replacing. The doorknob screw was loose and I felt like it would fall off soon, so I was anxious even when I locked the door. Accommodation too expensive for the price

A good stay for the colder months
The stay was really nice! The place is very central and it seemed the have been newly painted. The only thing we could have needed was some AC. It was relatively uncomfortable to sleep at night when the room was too warm.

No AC in the 100 degree heat, had a ceiling fan that felt like it would fall off and open windows. The unit was not cleaned when we arrived, the bathroom was boiling hot, and the sheets were scratchy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Was a great location but wasn’t worth the uncomfortable stay.
