Pre-war building. Close to everything and great water pressure. Room was cleaned very well daily. Safe to get in and out. All the shopping and restaurants were at our feet. Beautiful to wake up to the Duomo church bells every morning!

Location, location and location

Great location, heart of the city center across Duomo. Very secured building. I liked the keyless entry thing. Wish they replenish the coffee refills every day or enough for the whole stay without asking for it. Plenty of restaurants around. All major attractions are nearby.

location is amazing - short walk from the train station, located across from the Duomo Cathedral / Baptistry and a plethora of shopping / dining. Prada for example is on the corner. Our only snafu is that this is a self-service / self-check in. We did not get our check in instructions by email on time - the email arrived at midnight the night after we arrived, but fortunately we were able get in touch with a representative via Whatsapp and get our keycode for the main door and and keycode for the room. Our room had a sofa bed which was adequate for our needs but would have liked something a little more comfortable after a long day of exploration. The room is otherwise spacious and bathroom with areas to hang some of our clothes we rinsed, washed, and hung to dry in the shower stall. Will definitely use again, but will make sure we have our entry code in hand before we arrive 😉

Exceptional beyond words.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had staying here. The location is excellent, close to everything. If you want to be close to the Duomo…this is the place to be. The room was so sweet and matched the Duomo which was visible from the window. The process of checking in and checking out was simple. But the MOST important part of our stay was the exceptional service provided. I inadvertently left cash and identification along with clothing after I checked out. Personnel contacted me immediately via email and then proceeded to express mail it to my next destination. The owner used his personal account to send the package to Venice. I’ve stayed at the Biltmore, the Waldorf Astoria and numerous other hotels in America and Europe and have never experienced this kind of service. We are so grateful we stayed at this hotel. A wonderful place!

Amazing location near Duomo, walkable to everything including the tran station Florence SMN. Even though not spacious it’s very cozy and sufficient for short stays. Can’t beat the view and location. We were allowed to store our luggage for a few hours after the checkout . Thank you!

Basic accommodation if you need a place to stay for 1-2 nights. The room was a bit outdated but had the essentials like aircon and Wi-Fi. Right in the heart of Florence. Be prepared for noise during the day and night.

This stay is not at all like the pictures. Much more grungy. The photos were significantly doctored. However, the stays location was amazing! It is so close to everything that it made up for the lackluster experience in the stay itself.

This was our 8th trip to Florence and we always stay close to the Duomo as you are close to all the museums, shopping, etc. This place did not disappoint as we barely had to look out the window to see the Duomo. Usually this area is very loud but when we closed the windows it was very quiet. The place is appropriately sized and the shower worked really well. Super convenient to have touch key entry as we have found that we usually have had to wait a long time for someone to show up with the keys. It’s not fancy but location, location, location and it was clean and the A/C worked. Quick communication from owner. Will stay here again!

Responsive communication once I was told how to communication. Was unaware communication would be thru WHATS APP and waited an hour outside for codes to get into unit. Responsive communication once I was told to use WHATS APP. Air conditioning and refrigeration turn off when you leave the unit, which spoiled some of our food. Room cooled quickly when air was on. Fantastic location, could walk everywhere. Spotlessly clean, bed was medium comfortable, air was strong when on. Overall happy with our stay… would recommend for no frills accommodation in the middle of most attractions.

I stay in hotels and condos all over the world and have never had an issue with the staff and house keepers try to rush us out BEFORE checkout time. Because of this I left accidentally a very nice pair of tennis shoes and realized it the same day. I contacted the person in charge to let them know I would travel back to Firenze from Tuscany to get them the next day . I was then informed that the housekeeper threw them away right away. I have no idea why they would dispose of something so quickly rather then waiting to see if the item was claimed. I then asked for some compensation as they were the only pair I had and they were brand new , cost over 150 dollars . I was told that they would not do anything to compensate me. This is terrible customer service for a place that wasn’t inexpensive. I had to buy another pair for 160 euro. Duomo palace you should be ashamed . It also smelled like sewage in the building and it was quite STRONG. The location is good but the noise is very bad as well. I would not recommend this place!

Posizione eccellente, comoda per due persone, abbastanza pulita. Non abbiamo capito solo perché anziché un letto è stato messo un divano letto… Nel complesso tutto benissimo, poi è proprio in piazza del duomo quindi palazzo vecchio ma struttura ristrutturata!

In centro a Firenze

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera, sebbene non fosse esattamente quella scelta sul sito in base alla foto, era pur sempre spaziosa e confortevole (anche se la pompa di calore era molto rumorosa). Molto piacevole avere a disposizione le capsule e lo zucchero per un buon caffè. Il bagno non molto grande ma comunque dotato di tutto cio che puo occorrere ( spazzolini e cuffia compresi). La doccia effettivamente piccoletta, con saliscendi e doccino ( senza soffione, come invece ci si aspettava). Forse la notte risulta un po rumorosa ( ma del resto si affaccia sul Duomo di Firenze) e capisco che per varie ragioni non ci si possa fare nolto. La posizione , inutile dirlo è eccellente, e la responsabile della struttura è gentilissima, dosponibilissima e facilmente contattabile. Comodissimo il self check in.
