「We loved this apartment. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean and newly updated with an excellent view of the Duomo Dome. The is a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, another bedroomOn the second floor, then the living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Steps in the apartment were manageable and safe. We would stay here again when staying in Florence. 」

「一週間滞在しました．キッチンとランドリーがあることが決め手で選びましたが、排水管のトラブルとのことで、滞在中一度もランドリーが使えませんでした．しかも、工事の道具などが部屋の中に置きっぱなしでした．部屋は広くて快適でした． We stayed this room for a week. We couldn’t use a laundry because of a drain trouble. We choose this room because it had a kitchen and a laundry though. That was very inconvenient. 」

「This is a lovely property to stay at in Florence and perfect for a family of four with two teenagers. It is an excellent location to many markets and restaurants. You can walk easily to most of the major tourist attractions in 15 minutes or less. Veronica and Sauro were excellent hosts and the check in and communication was seamless. They ensured we were taken care of for our entire stay. 」

「Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The location can’t be beat, it is located a half block from the famous Gilli’s. It’s very modern and tastefully furnished. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient when traveling with a large group. Only negative I can think of is the smell on the first floor of the building. At times it’s overwhelming but once inside you no longer smell it」

「The apartment was as described in VRBO - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very spacious living room / kitchen area. Everything was in close walking distance - historical sites, shops and restaurants. Arrival and departure was smooth. Marie gave us all of the necessary details to go right into the apartment with no waiting time and it was just as easy to check out. 」

「The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. We were traveling with senior parents so appreciated the elevator access. Bernardo was very helpful and check in/check out went smoothly. When we got back from dinner the apartment felt cold. Even though it was late evening Bernardo responded to our message to help. It was still a little cold for our parents, but my husband and I were fine after that. I was recovering from a cold so I would have liked tissues available in the home. 」
