「No toilet facilities since we were allocated the room. No flushing toilet all stay. Was promised it would be looked at, it wasn’t so had to sleep in an unsanitary room! Still awaiting for a part refund (since 3 October)! Avoid!」

「Firstly, the hotel, staff and amenities are really good. The reason for my low score was the noise from the weddings. It was unbearable. I was in Wakefield on a business trip. I received an email a couple of days before to say there would be a wedding on the first night of my stay. When I arrived I was told that there was going to be a wedding on both days. The wedding marquee was right outside my window. It was so loud that I couldn’t even hear the tv which was a metre or so away from me....

「Hotel itself was little old but it's all cleaned well and the room was spacious. Staff are super helpful and fulfilled all my needs, very professional and gentle. Location is 10min walk from station and easy access. Overall it's a great place with good value. I'll defnetely stay again. 」

「Wakefield Westgate駅から徒歩圏内にあり、大変便利でした。駅からの道も比較的明るく人通りもあるため安心できました。部屋は清潔で、イギリスの同価格帯のホテルの中でも最上位かと思います。」

「Staff were lovely, big car park. Bed was okay. Everything in the room seemed to be very low.. The sink, the door handle.. All felt like I had to bend down to use. Very weird to have no plugs by the bedside, and only on the other side of the room, which was odd given it's all been recently refurbished. Good location, and I'd stay again.」

「Enjoyed our stay at Brighouse Holiday Inn . Room was good size but a little bit dated. Staff were excellent and I got a great price」

「Always a great stay here! Value for money and terrific staff!」

「First hospitarity was nice,I liked the cute interior of the room. When I was in the room,I could hear the sound of the river and it was quiet.I thought it was a waste that i only stayed for one night.」

「Very nice hotel, friendly staff, easy check-in, lots of parking. Had no issues with noise. Nice bed, plenty of pillows, big TV, everything you'd expect from a hotel stay. Breakfast buffet included and was good. Would definitely stay again.」
