"Brand new hotel! We were one of the first guests. Front desk, Tam and Quan, took care of all our needs. Their Restaurant presented delicious food served by Dylan and Rick. And Bao greeting us at the front door. The Gym is fully equipped and new. Also, liked drinking wine is the Lounge Bar. We already have reservations for next year. Aloha"

"The property had what I required and was fairly basic but accommodated my needs as it was clean. The staff are so amazing and very helpful, and such kind humans. I was able to get my laundry done which was amazing. The room I was in didn’t have a mini fridge but that was ok for a few days. The air conditioner wasn’t in the best condition but did a good enough job. This wasn’t a huge issue but when it was hot there were tiny little ants but they were harmless. Just make sure no food or drinks...

"The room they put us in had black mould on the ceiling. Staff were friendly and understanding and approved a refund immediately. Other than the mould, the property seemed okay. Was sad to go but they didn’t have any other rooms to move us to."
