「The heater in the room is not working, and the staff told me change into other room need to pay cleaning fee, cause I’ve already put my bag on the bed and used the toilet. Cleaning fee should be 50 euro, but he’ll give me discount as 20 euro. But the problem is, they should apply us a warm room, and I couldn’t know that the heater is not working when we enter the room. And he told me he doesn’t like to sleep in the warm room….. We couldn’t sleep well because it’s really cold at night. But the...

「The hotel is very well located, close to nature and also Salzburg. The service from the personal is very good ready to show where the good restaurants are and other practical things. The breakfast is also good and with a nice view to the beautiful garden.」

「Good clean rooms staff very helpful I didn’t try breakfast so I don’t know good or bad but every time go pass smells very good . parking available but it’s 3 min walk only have one issue there is no air conditioning in room so in summer bit hot rooms other then that it’s really good experience.」

「Beautiful location with great views all around. The food at the restaurant is amazing! The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful.」

「Newly opened after beautifully reconstructed. Awesome restaurants and friendly services. Must rate as the best hotel in Austria.」

「The location is great, right next to a supermarket and a bus stop taking you directly to Salzburg. In our case we got appartment #1 the appartment balcon is directly in the property parking you can see the mountains yes but you have to be tiptoe out of the balcony. Mountain view appartment was a stretch for this one. The appartment upstairs are probably way better for the view. The first night we got unlucky with our neighbours as they decided to talk and giggle loudly up until 1AM and they...
