"Everything was perfect. The only thing is the person who checked-in needs to change his mood before starts work at the front desk. Mentioned nothing about timing of breakfast, location, nothing about where to park the car or is there anything we need to register, location of our room. Everything was blank after get the key card of our room. Anyway, The hotel it self is great and clean. "

"the room was excellent ...the staff great and attentive to our needs. did notice that the flags out front are a bit frayed...that in the pool area could use better exhaust system to remove the humidity collecting on the glass and effecting the walls."

He listened to my concern about a quiet room, near the back door to get some sleep & exit in the early morning; and he changed my room to a more mutual satisfaction. We love Alexandria Bay and being on the waterway was special. There were 13 people in our party and everybody had a bed. We hope to stay here again in the future. "
