「When I checked in I did not realize I selected an accessible room. So I was put over the front lobby first room. Room 201. In this room you could hear the people sitting outside, the music outside and I was really trying to relax and rest. I asked to have my room moved and was accommodated. 「I was very happy, it was quiet, and peaceful from the view of the stars at night to the sunrise and sunset over the lake. Great location, near to town, waterfalls, wooded trails, lake and wineries. The staff was very friendly, I would definitely recommend and stay again.」

「A wonderful stay at Plum Point Lodge. My room was not big but it was clean and well appointed. Everything was in good order and the hotel overall is beautiful. Loved the vibe and the people were very friendly. Only issue was Hotels.com telling me i booked one room, and when i arrived, i was not able to get in. The front desk clerk told me 3rd party booking sites always send the wrong room number. So he helped me find the right room and all was good. Just a small wrinkle. 」
