"Good hotel if you ignore comfort. Condominium is under construction. Loud banging and drilling starts at 8am and continues all day. Water in shower does not get hot. Sheets are super thin (felt like I was sleeping on the mattress) and too small for the bed. Other than that everything was nice. Very clean and new facility. The pool is awesome. Located halfway between Pelourinho and Farol do Barra (lighthouse). Unfortunately, they're are layers of communication. Front desk wants you to call owner, says they are condominiums, online help is delayed and also will connect you to owner, which comes up as Seazone. Would wait a couple of years for them to work out kinks. "

"Amazing staff. Great location. The pool bar/restaurant has a great vibe. Love the breakfast Beds are small and need to upgrade to fitted sheets. We woke in a bare mattress. Ownership need to improve the rooms. "

"I am giving 1 star because the employees of the hotel are kind. As soon as we entered the room there was a dead cockroach on top of the sink. The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. The tv in the new room worked, but there was a cockroach running around the room (also caught on video!) and when my daughter took a shower the entire bathroom flooded. We had to ask someone to fix it. It was the first shower in the "new"bathroom. The next day they closed the swimming pool with no previous notice. I am not even going to talk about the food. Very bad food. Not even the French fries. You can see the oil is old. One of the highlights of hotels in Brazil are the breakfast, not in this hotel. No fresh fruits, very low variety of options. I am very glad that we left when we did. A horrible, horrible, experience."

"Everything is good the staff are excellent but all the morning there is noisy sound coming from the next building that only problem can effect and prevent to sleep well the hotel super close to all the market bar and beach the breakfast morning very good and delicious 👌"
