The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. We had to ask someone to fix it. It was the first shower in the "new"bathroom. The next day they closed the swimming pool with no previous notice. I am not even going to talk about the food. Very bad food. Not even the French fries. You can see the oil is old. One of the highlights of hotels in Brazil are the breakfast, not in this hotel. No fresh fruits, very low variety of options. I am very glad that we left when we did. A horrible, horrible, experience."
