The food and staff at breakfast were wonderful and were the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, our bathroom was in poor shape and wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival (hair all over the shower). We stayed 6 nights and the internet in our room worked for all of 5 minutes during our entire stay.

I am giving 1 star because the employees of the hotel are kind. As soon as we entered the room there was a dead cockroach on top of the sink. The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. The tv in the new room worked, but there was a cockroach running around the room (also caught on video!) and when my daughter took a shower the entire bathroom flooded. We had to ask someone to fix it. It was the first shower in the "new"bathroom. The next day they closed the swimming pool with no previous notice. I am not even going to talk about the food. Very bad food. Not even the French fries. You can see the oil is old. One of the highlights of hotels in Brazil are the breakfast, not in this hotel. No fresh fruits, very low variety of options. I am very glad that we left when we did. A horrible, horrible, experience.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, o café da manhã foi excelente, muito variado, ambiente espaçoso e ainda tem uma vista muito bonita para o mar. Além de ter um pier muito bacana e uma estrutura muito boa. O quarto super confortável, espaçoso e a equipe do hotel muito prestativa. Certeza que voltaremos lá novamente, experiência excelente de hospedagem, recomendo demais.

Infelizmente minha experiência não foi boa. O café da manhã foi bastante tumultuado , fiquei 3 dias e, em 2 deles, precisei tomar café em pé pela falta de organização e espaço. Os quartos têm péssima acústica: em uma noite ouvi uma criança conversando a madrugada inteira e, na outra, barulhos de um casal no quarto ao lado, o que compromete totalmente o descanso. Além disso, o hotel apresenta mobília antiga e o banheiro tem uma banheira dentro da área do chuveiro que é completamente inutilizável. No geral, deixou a desejar em conforto e estrutura.

O hotel é muito antigo, tivemos que trocar de quarto pelo mal cheiro da madeira. Na área do corredor havia um local de ventilação que estava CINZA de poeira. No outro quarto, o ar condicionado imundo. Matamos 3 baratinhas durante a estadia. O mahi mahi que seria o diferencial, é velho, as piscinas fedem a xixi e o atendimento muito, muito ruim. A única coisa que salva no hotel é o atendimento da recepção.
