"Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super! Die Unterkunft und das Apartment war wirklich klasse. Der Pool ist fantastisch, alles ist sehr sauber und das Apartment ist super ausgestattet. Der Meerblick ist einzigartig und in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte und einen wundervollen Kieselstrand! Der Auf- und Abstieg zur Unterkunft ist recht steil, was Menschen mit körperlicher Beeinträchtig vielleicht berücksichtigen sollten. Für uns war alles perfekt und wir würden wiederkommen!"

The owners, Fondas & Elli greeted us warmly upon our arrival. Elli had made homemade cake, jam, and stocked the kitchen with coffee, and other treats to welcome us. Incredible hospitality! "Amazing Villa that couldn’t be closer to the sea. We swam in it so much having the pool too, we were spoilt for choice. Matparti village with all its taverna’s and shops are all walkable and there are numerous options along the beach too. Chris is an amazing host who couldn’t be more helpful. Thoroughly recommend. "

"The location is excellent, directly across from Barbati Beach. Within a short walking distance, there are numerous restaurants and convenience stores. Kelly, the host, is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The on-site pool is a nice touch, and the beach clubs are also excellent and only a few metres away. The only minor issues we had were that the air conditioning didn't work and that I wished the windows had fly screens to keep the many mosquitos out. I would absolutely return or...

"As a family of five, we had an amazing stay at this villa. Spotlessly clean, all mod cons. The pool is lovely and the BBQ great. Only 1 minute walk from the most amazing shingle beach. Restaurants, bakery and shops nearby.Alexander was so helpful and allowed us to check out a few hours later to accommodate our plans. I would highly recommend this villia and I look forward to our next stay."
