"I paid £58 a night for a basic single room which had everything I needed. Tea and coffee making facilities in room, use of a kitchen with microwave and fridge and a bathroom with a powerful shower. These things coupled with the very central location and a hearty breakfast with a wide choice of foods at no extra cost has got to be one of the best bargain stays in London Gonna do it again next summer in my favourite city in the world"

"Lovely birthday stay at The Lalit. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very nice and the black curtains were very effective. The only slight downside was the timing of housekeeping. In our first day we got back to the room at around 4pm and housekeeping had, however on the following two days we got back just after 3pm and housekeeping hadn’t been. We were able to call down and get fresh towels and toilet rolls brought to the room but earlier housekeeping would have been better. The bathrooms could also do to have a couple of hand towels provided."
