"Beautiful views from the rooms! Rooms feel plenty spacious and well laid out for the size. Hotel receptionists, concierge, and house cleaning staff were great. We stayed 10 day and the location was perfect to commute to other London areas. We walked, used the Tube, and buses."

Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it.
