「Great Stay! Great Location! 」

「Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. We had the main bedroom, and the large closet and bathroom were great. We had family staying in the other bedroom, and they did say that the other bedrooms had no storage other than hang up space in the closet. I relayed this to the very responsive property manage, and they thanked me for the suggestion. I would definitely stay there again!」

「Clean and updated downstairs apartment in a friendly neighborhood. Very close to metro, restaurants and shopping. We were able to enjoy all of the major sights in DC and return to our quiet retreat.」

「Stay and everything was good. Place is close to the airport and a short drive to other attractions. The only concern was the lack of communication about the property instructions and check-in rules. And a very disturbing conversation with a We Host Customer support begging for the WiFi password!! If these information was give before hand, everything would have been grate.」

「Place was amazing, definitely coming back to this property whenever we visit Washington again. Only a few little things I would suggest, for example we were short on towels, and toilet paper since the quality wasn’t so good it run out super fast. Kitchen stove is gas and nothing to turn it on was provided. So if you’re going to use the stove either bring matches or a lighter. Overall, place is awesome and “We host” has a great service.」

「When I rent a vrbo for races that I travel too, I only care about the comfort of the bed and the effectiveness of the shower. For this space, those were the two best things which was perfect for me. Additionally, for any of the issues that I may have had while staying here, Sand was immediately responsive and helpful in remedying them. I appreciated that.」

「Modern basement smart apartment. Host professional and friendly. Snacks, including water,soda,chips and wine provided. Close to metro subway and major DC attractions. The surrounding area could be better .」

「Overall the apartment was nice. Owner didn't give the key code until I asked. Also it was a little unclear how to get there. But you pull into the alley and park behind the house. There is enough space for one car.」

「The property was neat as a pin and larger than captured in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch (there were snoring issues in our party). The apartment was exquisitely located in a quiet but vibrant neighborhood—do not miss some of the great neighborhood restaurants! 「This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!」
