「The place is welcoming, clean and cozy. The host left a personal card and some wine which is always a plus. The only issue we had was the check in instructions could have been more clear as to how to locate the guest house and clear instructions where to enter and park since it was a guesthouse. Luckily, someone was home and helped us right away and everything was smooth from there. Would stay again and recommend for families.」

「The suite had some issues and when I told them they replied they would fix it all soon but didn't. The blinds on the large window were damaged. The bathroom door is missing a screw on the top hinch and the door is not functioning well. I had shared a yard with the family living in the front suite, and they had 3 dogs. 「This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property!
