「The property is bright and clean.It is a nice location for walking into Topsham.Even though the property is on the High street it is quiet.」

「The bedrooms were perfect for 3 or 4 friends to share. The kitchen had everything needed. Its almost next to a pub with other lovely pubs within 10 mins drive. It was quiet and peaceful. 」

「We had a nice stay in this small and cosy house!The equipment in the house was perfectThere was a lot to see in the environment, Exeter, nice little towns and villages near the sea arms. Buckfast Abbey, and we've made some nice walks in the big Dartmoor nature reserve, at the Steps Bridge, and at the Haytor Tor.But also the sitting area outside the house was a nice place to be.So we had a nice stay there!」

「Accomodation was super clean and well presented. The private courtyard was very sheltered and sitting in the hottub in the evening was very peaceful. Great communication as well from the host. Recommended!」
