Small town of Everett minutes away and historic town of Bedford 10 minutes west on Lincoln Highway/Route 30.

Many attractions near or a short drive. Down River golf course is less than 5 minute drive from the property. Omni Bedford Springs Resort, Fort Bedford Park, Bedford Speedway and Old Bedford Village. The Annual Bedford Fall Foliage Festival.

Amish farms and fresh produce in nearby Martinsburg, PA.

Cozy, cute, rooms are great, beds comfy, coffee bar OUTSTANDING! Very, very clean!!! Yard is wonderful for sports. Hosts were kind,helpful and responsive. Overall a great little getaway!!

Great quiet little place

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was tidy and clean. We had plenty of room. The host had a high chair, pack and play, and other kid’s items that came in handy. Restaurants and Walmart aren’t too far down the road. It was a great experience.

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and cozy!Coffee bar provided was equivalent to a 4 star hotel.Themed rooms and decor added ambiance for the children and adults alike.We had everything we needed and more. The baby supplies and toiletries really came in handy.Vicky was a great host, with great communication.Hoping to come back soon!

We went for a girl's trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and everything was perfect. They had some flooding in the spring, so we couldn't get to the river, but we will definitely be back and hopefully we will be able to next time. We took a day trip to Berkeley Springs, WV, had fun there. We also did a little hiking. I would recommend this house for a relaxing vacation. (We did have to unplug some of the air fresheners because they were a little overwhelming).

Fantastic for all of us

We recently stayed here while our house was being worked on rather than getting a hotel. This place was so nice for us, especially since my mom is in a wheelchair, everything on one floor was perfect. Clean and organized are just a couple ways I’d describe this place, along with cozy. Nice big yard to play and relax outside.

The hosts thought of everything, even cell phone chargers. Very homey. Lots of things provided to do for kids such as games, both indoor and outdoor. Had it been drier we would have walked to the river, but it was too wet. Very nice property. The only drawback is the highway noise.

Super-cozy!

A very cozy and well-appointed house. Very comfortable furniture, lovely coffee bar, and well-stocked kitchen. A perfect getaway for a ladies’ weekend away. We very much enjoyed Shawnee State Park and the charming town of Bedford a short 30-min drive away. Only slight downside: it can be nerve-wracking turning into to driveway (right off busy 4-lane Rt. 30), and it was difficult to initially find as we arrived at night. Communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home

Great home. Tastefully decorated. Lots of amenities and more. Gracious host. Two things to note: 1. Lots of plug in fragrances around the house so let the host know ahead of time if that bothers you. 2. The home is right off a main road; however, I normally sleep with earplugs and the road noise never affected my sleep (plus traffic died down quite a bit after evening). I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and cozy

My best friend and I, for the last couple of year's get away for a long weekend twice a year. This was the best so far. The property is clean and the décor is so charming with a homie touch. We checked out many of the attractions of Bedford & surrounding areas. The lake at Shawnee National Park was very enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were so nice & graciously shared the history of the property and some of the contents. I look forward to staying there again and wish them the best of luck With their future plans!
