「Ettalongはとても良い空気の流れるビーチなので、前回もこちらに泊まったのですが、その時はMantraホテル経由で予約をしました。 名前は違うけれど同じサービスだと思って予約をしましたが、チェックインはエレベーターの前に座っていた女性からキーを受け取りました。 隣の部屋が大音量で音楽をかけながらパーティをしていて眠れなかったので、渡された連絡先に電話をしましたが、留守電になるだけで何も対応はしてもらえず・・・。 結局、Mantraホテルの方で対応してもらいました。 何か困ったことがあった時に連絡がつかないというのは問題です。次回はMantra経由で予約をしようと思います。」
